.45acp brass with small primer holes

Hey guys, I have an opportunity to purchase some .45 brass that fits small pistol primers. I have loaded 45 in the past but they required large pistol primers. Is there anything dangerour about loading the rounds and using a small pistol primer? Will my load data be the same or will the larger primer ignite the powder differently?

I know Speer uses a small pistol primer in some of their 45acp rounds. It perfectly safe, if anything you might to up the powder charge to make up for the small pistol primer.
