eliska
I have read a bit lately about the best width for front sights. Just when I thought I was "getting the picture," I saw Diamond Speed Sights. (For those unfamiliar, instead of front and rear dots, they use diamond shapes. Sight picture = line up the points of the 2 diamonds side-by-side-by side). I have to say, just based on the photos, they look really easy and quick to align. Anyone tried these? MemphisMechanic
These? http://www.speedsights.com/templates/speedsights/images/header-logo.png A new gimmick sight comes along every 6 months or so. Soliders, cops, and champion shooters have not veered from notch-and-post when it comes to shooting iron-sight-pistols for 100 years. IMO, there is a reason why. Those things would kill your score on distant partial targets. Edited October 1, 2010 by MemphisMechanic
eliska
Those are the ones. What is a "distant partial target" and why would they be a problem? Thanks!
Flexmoney
What is a "distant partial target" Tough shots. ...and why would they be a problem? Those sights don't appear to convey good information back to the shooter.
M-Bear
I have a pair and like them. He has a 30 day money back guarantee so you have nothing to lose.
bigstick0000
My son has a set on his carry glock and loves them. He doesn't shoot a lot but feels these are great for fast target acquisition. I haven't shot it yet but I did dryfire and they appear to be fairly efficient by appearances
