Well most are using various kydex holsters such as CR speed, Blade-tech, Safari land, etc etc. But these are usually rigged on a rigid belt meant for competition, You'd probably could get away with putting one of these holsters on your Molle vest, but I see it being more of a hindrance then anything. If your content in using the molle vest, Blackhawk makes decent soft and hard holster retention system that works well with the molle system.
