DocMedic
If I were to put a flip up/fixed removable front sight designed to be put on top of a rail system on a JP Front Sight Mounting Block, or on the JP Gas block. How much riser would I need on the JP block itself to get the front sight to "A2" height? Such as a Troy front flip up sight. -=VILLAMOR=-
I had the same issue. If you're going with a Troy Industries sight, they have one "coming soon": http://store.troyind.com/Gas_Block_Front_BattleSight_p/ssig-gbf-00bt-00.htm I wanted the Troy sights so I bought a riser to go between the sight and the gas block. Only one I know of that that makes it is Yankee Hill: http://yankeehillmachine.com/store/product491.html Good Luck.
Graham Smith
Actually, I have a set of Yankee Hill sights with the gas block front sight. It's been gathering dust for most of the year so I should probably put it up in the classifieds.
