Sumtoc
Just got my new STI Trojan, all looks good except that I noticed that the grip cuts on the the rear of the slide look a little rough. The cuts have multiple parallel lines in the groove of the cuts as if a dull milling bit was used or maybe a final finishing step was skipped. The front grip cuts are flawless. Any thoughts or feedback? Anybody seen this before? EDIT: Probably should have called STI before posting. They just told me to ship the slide back and they would handle no charge. Gotta love the service..... Moderator, please delete Edited May 13, 2010 by Sumtoc

I'm sure they would if it is that bad. Chris

G-ManBart
I think mine has some very minor remnants of machine marks in the bottom of the grooves...never really thought about it. R,
rrflyer
Mine has some small mill marks between the slide cuts. Hardly noticeable since the finish is worn off the rest of the gun.
