Some Questions about the 1050

Hi guys, I have a question for you. I have a chance to buy a Dillon 1050 with an extra die head .223 9mm .44mag and 40S&W dies plus all of the accesories, powder check, primer alerm etc. The machine is in good condition used very little. What would be a fair price for something like this? The guy who is selling it is a good man dont want to short change him and he just wants to get rid of it.

Sorry, how many tool heads are coming with this press? Is it one for each caliber? If so, it would be north of 3k to replace.

While common practice suggests used items are prices at 80% or so of new, the 1050 just doesn't die so I wouldn't offer any less.

It comes with 2 tool heads.

with all that I would say $800. It's simple, you aren't short changing anyone who accepts an offer you make. So start low.

2010 pricing for a 1050 with 3 conversions and 2 total Toolheads is upwards of $2000, not including "extras" like Powder Check Systems, etc.
