Madmark
I'm thinking about getting a Match in 45, and was wondering about internal parts interchangeability between the large and small frames... I've got some quality parts that I've been accumulating for years, and would like to put them to good use. I've got an Austin Behlert hammer/sear combo; and an EGW sear, WCP trigger, an EAA comp hammer, and Silver Team safety; all for the small frame Witness/P9. The hammer is .309" wide (7.85mm if you're from Norway) with a .144" pin, Sear is .500" wide with a .118" pin, Trigger is .324" wide with a .109" pin, Safety pin is .1555 thick and a touch over 1" wide. Anyone have the Match (large frame) parts they could compare? Also, are the slide stops interchangeable? And lastly, will an older "Supersight" fit in place of the factory fixed sight? All help is greatly appreciated.
J-Ho
I know the slide stops are. I've done that swap before. I'd call Henning Walgren, he's a forum dealer and knows these guns inside and out. He also has great parts if you need anything else. I'm thinking about getting a Match in 45, and was wondering about internal parts interchangeability between the large and small frames... Mo Hepworth
sears,...sear cage, slide stops, extractors, sights,...mag release, grips screws. Parts that don't are the firing pin, trigger bar and sometimes grips.
