Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Sometimes but not always. My grandfather always said that common sence just wasn't very common.
  2. I am turning the other cheek, once more. Patience is a virtue.
  3. Could be. Now why didn't I think of that. Oh yeah, I did. Seriously, I follow the rules, I avoid being argumentative and I try to be sensitive and empathetic but it's like I have a sign on my back that says "Hit me". Then, when I've had enough, take a shot of my own, it's suddenly my fault. Such is life.
  4. An excellent point. Maybe a combination of IQ, common sense and personal integrity.
  5. Today is one of those days that convinces me that incest and inbreeding continues in clusters around this country.
  6. I agree and the word "good" was not the best choice. In my example, the mean is simply the point that differentiates the misfits that make me shake my head. Then I am compelled to wonder about the gene pool and natural selection.
  7. Not too much to explain. As the topic states, "What I hate" are people that don't have the brains or common sense that God gave a doorknob. To find them on a forum is easy, I simply post a message and they come out from every rock. They say patience is a virtue.
  8. In my younger days, I spent far too many years in school. My focus was a discipline that requires a great of mathematics. Naturally, statistics was a part of the math courses that were required. One of the fundamental principals of statistics is the concept of the bell shaped curve. To that end, we know that if you plot on a graph the IQs of the entire human race, what you will see is a classic bellshaped curve. The optimistic perspective is that 50% of the people have IQs on the good side of the curve. I have a problem with the other half and all of them seem to follow me from forum to forum. Fortunately, none of them understand statistics anyway. Leave it to a cartoon character to have the best quote for my problem.
  9. What shape of bullet nose is the stem designed to seat? Thanks.
  10. Wipe Out. I once thought my barrels were clean, then I tried this stuff. Now they are clean. I shoot JSWC.
  11. I have a late model 586. What is the part number for the old style titanium firing pin, about .500 in length? Thanks.
  12. Safety first but I have never heard of subsequent recoil causing a round to accidentally discharge.
  13. A good gunsmith fixes this easily without any need to re-finish the slide.
  14. Good choice. A 586/686 or 19/66 will make you very happy with .38 special loads.
  15. Best as in accuarcy. .45 caliber is Kart 9mm caliber is KKM
