Do you have a need for a carry gun? If so, the G19 is hard to beat. If a competition level gun is what you need it's hard to beat the G17L MOS or G34 MOS varieties.
I'm a GSSF member, so I've so far purchased a G34, G19, and G30SF. Next one will probably be a G21 and I'll add a MOS to it. I'm in CA so I have to stick to the lesser G3's vs G4 or G5 versions.

For pistol, it's hard to beat Dillon carbide dies. There are others, but start simple and Dillon's will do 99% what you want. As you get more experience with reloading, then branch out to whatever your heart and wallet desires.

I’m looking for advice on reloading equipment that won’t empty my bank account.
We all are. But so, far it's not working. We poor.

I'll venture a guess: Frankford Arsenal Rotary Tumbler. That would be a very wet FART.

Ballistically yes. But there's a whole list of tradeoffs you get when going large frame.
You gain size and weight, lose modularity, lose lots of barrel life, huge cost increase and most of all AR10's are just plain harder to shoot. The extra reciprocating mass takes a lot more practice to master.
Great answer. Thanks.

Wouldn't the AR10 be a better platform for the 6.5 vs the AR15?

Stress: Portrait of a Killer on Youtube was pretty interesting too.

Wu Assasins is fun - Netflix (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8652642/)
Warrior (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5743796/?ref_=fn_al_tt_2) is also interesting, but it's not available for streaming as far as I know.

I appreciate it, thanks.
Another thing is that the 9mm, 10mm are small primer. 45ACP can be small or large primer, but it's more popular as a large primer case.
As @Sarge said earlier, there are lots of posts about getting into reloading and all the necessary things to buy. Most components are hard to find now and reloading might not be a bargain by the time you've bought everything needed.

If you buy a new press from Dillon, it will be shipped with one caliber setup. Decide which one you want and start there.

I like SNS Casting for 147gr RN: (Linky)

All you need to bell is about 0.010" over if I remember correctly.

You can put lock nuts on the underside of the tool head. Your belling looks good to me. What does it measure?

No personal experience but the guys over on the Ammobot Facebook group love it as far as I can tell.
I'd try it but I want to decap and size at the same time.
If I'm just doing a decap/resize run, there's lots of stations where I can run a full length resize on a 1050. It doesn't need to be only at station #2 unless I'm missing something, like 2nd grade reading comprehension.
So I should be able to run:
1. Case feed
2. FW Arms decapping die
3. No swage needed
4. No primer needed
5. No powder needed
6, 7, 8 > resize and trim?

Anyone have anything good or bad to say about the ~$55 FW Arms™ Auto-Case Centering Decapper/Deprimer? How does this compare to a universal die?
I'm a little worried about killing my decapping pins if doing a lot of military .223 or 308 case prep and encountering berdan primers.

Great series so far. Lots of interesting twists and some fun characters.

Since being acquired by BPS...pricing is up, employee count and level of customer care is down and walmart type junk has replaced the more unique items.
This. Cabela's used to be the go-to place when I wanted to get some quality outdoor gear. They used to sell some of the best stuff there. Now it's all the Bass Pro store brand crap. They have went the same way as Cycle Gear bringing in cheaply made gear and apparel.

In addition, some ranges want you to use a softer lead bullet. Also when handling the bullet, there's less lead poisoning potential for the most part.

Those of you with the 15-22, are there recommended upgrades or is it ready to go right out of the box?
I kept mine stock. I did add a TRS-25 red dot. It's a fun, cheap, lightweight shooter.

147gr SNS RN with 3.4gr of Titegroup. Range is 3.2 to 3.6 gr. Bunny farts.

CCI's seem to be more concentric than the Winchesters which work better in the primer feed tubes.
