Mike Seeklander prefers this method too for the same reasons you mentioned.
Do you loosely grip the pistol grip?

Action shooting fundamentals are the same here as everyone said.
I will tell you the bane of PCC shooting is ports and leans. The hold over is formidable, and its easy to shoot through walls on a tight lean or through a port. Spend some time experimenting.
I think thats why people started using 45 degree dots

I am.
So the short stroke kit kind of enchantes the 3 stage buffer system even more?

Each step down in "grade" has more pretravel and pull weight. I own two Elite, one 3G and a 24C. I like the Elite the most for reliability and I don't even notice the heavier pull when busting .11 splits.
Thank you for your response. Probably gonna pick up the elite.

I zero’ed mine on the same distance at 36 yards.
Why 36 yards that seems oddly specific. I shoot 9mm and uspsa.

Vortex Venom 6 MOA on a Warne mount.
Do you run the same zero on 45 and normal dot?

It helps on tight shots and heavy leans.
Is the general consensus to zero both dots at the same distance ?

I’m currently using a 6 MOA Vortex Viper on mine. I tried using my trijicon dual illuminated amber dot but it’s hard to see the dot when shooting under the shade.
Does the red dot help you shoot better?

Is there any difference between the genesis/elite/reflex and the competition trigger besides price?
Does anyone have experience with hiperfire triggers besides the 24c?

That sounds like a chrono issue to me. I have seen dozens of chronos run PCC with no issues.
Not sure it just seemed the only pcc's that had trouble had comps. I have a taccom ulw which is a 4" barrel with a 16" shroud and I expected trouble but it turned out fine.

What red dot are most people running for the 45 degree mount?

Not sure if anyone has mentioned ben berry

Does anyone teach a pcc Class?

He did. It helped but didn’t fix it. It’s on its way back to them now
That really sucks.. PCC's can be nightmares

If you go back a few pages you’ll see that some of us have already commented on the new CMC 9mm trigger. I replaced a 24C with the CMC trigger and it’s a great trigger in my opinion. It has a crisp break and great reset, I highly recommend it, also it’s a great price.
I already have a standard version of the cmc I used it in my pcc sort of worked not really. I was suppose to send it back to cmc but they never got back with me.

How so?
Sometimes you dont get a good reading. Went to uspsa major match yesterday and pretty much every comped pcc had trouble at chrono.
-
However I had to ditch a nice cmc trigger for milsec for the sake of reliablility

I got my Taccom short stroke kit yesterday and installed it. I had a chance to shoot a bit last night, and man were you guys right ! The dot barely moves.
I had a friend of mine shoot it so I could watch the muzzle from the side.....very steady !
Are you using the taccom bufffer with the short stroke kit?
-
Try switching back to milspec trigger and a standard buffer

So what are you doing about it now?

Maybe try one of those taccom feedramps that you have to cut a small portion of the upper and install it.

Was a new frontier style 80% lower that was finished by a local shop and serialized. I have since purchased a b&t apc9 to get my 9mm fix
