Pretty much anything except a gogun *thumb rest [generic]*. The guy who trademarked the name is an abomination to shooting sports and an akai or anyone else’s is a much better design anyway.

Thanks didn’t know that but I do now.

Shameless plug, I have a new GoGuns opposable in black I would sell cheap.

Man I just ordered a goguns last week. Got it Saturday and installed it, really like it trying to decide which hole I like the best. Shot it in the rear hole and liked that but didn’t care for the draw in the rear, moved it to the front and like how it fills with the draw but haven’t had a chance the shoot it in the front hole yet.

I'm 99.9% sure It's the bullet Everglades sales as their "competition style" 125gr.

The base is what we call a stepped base. It is not a two piece jacket.  PD also uses this style base punch.

PD produced a bullet almost identical to this for a short time earlier this year, and there are some out there in the wild. However, it has since been re-designed and will be available soon.

Will it be priced the same as the 124 Jhp .

  4. I got a s2 a little over a year ago ,shot somewhere around 10k minor rounds Thur it with the same buffer and finally swapped it out with a new one. Gonna just keep using them since it came with some extras.

I was running an RCBS 45 seating die and getting weird results.  Depths were off, i even had exposed lead through the coating at the crimp area.......but before the crimp!  I kid you not, the brass still looked like a trumpet and yet there was a shiny ring around the front driving band.  I gave up trying to figure it out.  I don't even care at this point.  I bought a Hornady die and changed nothing else and all my problems have gone away.

Sounds like a seating stem issue wrong stem for the style of bullet you are using.

All shot out of a Canik TP9SFX. Worth noting the .356 were far more accurate than the .355. The gun seemed pretty dirty after 350 rds. Also really noticeable smoke. The brass had a good smoke streak down the side on about 1/4 of the exterior sidewall.

I’ve had very similar results, I started shooting 3.2 grs and things start to clean up a little better.

Do you have any accuracy data to go with what you tested? Does it shoot a 2" group or 6" group? that is important too.

This is what I got using a ransom rest with the same basic load.

  8. I been shooting acme 147 flat point 356 dia with no leading but there bullet mics out at .3565. I was getting some leading from your .356 dia 147 r/n and they mic out at .356 so I ordered some .357 from y’all and that seems to have stopped  the leading I need to clean my barrel and shoot some more to be 100% sure. I think that would be a good move increasing the dia. By the way I was getting very good groups from both dia. bullets at 25 yards.
