That Crimson Trace Midnight 3 Gun Invitational was insane!!! It was the best three gun match ever put on. You started with the free catered dinners every evening and tossed in some amazing staged full-auto/NVG/Thermal gear just to get our attention. If you like competing in three gun, try it in the dark!!! Thank you, Ian and all the folks at Crimson Trace for very memorable experience. It goes without saying that you need great staff running the match and you had it! Chuck, Travis (the most generous, giving family in the sport) and Linda, See you next year.(Please) Thank You.

Dear Vicki: I am incredibly saddened by the shocking news of your husband passing. Eddie was a wonderful man with a great smile. His un-assuming personality made him a very deceptive competitor. That man could shoot! I met your husband, at my very first 3 gun match. It was the SOF in 1998 when we were squadded together and he soon became my benchmark in that series of matches. I knew beating him was unattainable when he finished second at SOF in 2001. I had the privilege of seeing you both at many matches throughout the US over the years and I will miss him dearly. My heart is broken for you because I could see in your eyes how much you loved him. My family and I are praying for you to have peace in this very sad time. Well, like you Bryan, I'm sitting at home typing on the computer and not shooting on Sunday morning. I left the range, with my tail between my legs, on my very first stage because I popped the safety off my STI when I threw it in the box on Stage 6. Shame on me because the shooter just before me did the same thing! After only firing about 20 rounds it was a long 12-hour trip back home. You could not have put it more eloquently! What an amazing group of individuals that went above and beyond to make this event happen. It was an honor to meet the AMU group and I will always treasure the coin. Linda: Thank you for every thing. It was great to finally meet you and your staff. You were spot on with the Currents(very giving). Maybe next year I will finish the match!
