i also shoot a g22 w/ a barsto, i use vv 3n37 5.2gr and 180 lead, it makes around 172-174.... i even load cracked brass

i sure hope ccf is reading all the stuff being posted here and make some changes to their product

i had the same problem when i switched to a barsto for my g22.... the lee fcd was the magic trick

you can do what sevigny does, i think all he does is a reduced power striker spring, 3.5 lb. connector and 15lb. recoil spring...thats it and he has won a lot....a lot...

afaik they use the same springs, so a 13lb spring in a g17 is the same as a 13lb spring in a g19, afaik only the micro glocks use different springs....afaik

you dont have to cut coils, a 13lb g17 spring is the same as a 13 lb g19 spring, a 13lb spring is a 13lb spring wether you put it on a g17 or a g19 it doesnt matter.

i use sevigny carry sights w/ tritium, vertical sight system, for carry and competition....im a happy camper

i use sevigny carry w/ 2 lamps and i recommend them big time, i even use them on my ipsc competition gun, hitting 8inch round plates is easy w/ them plus you can use them at night....unlike fiber optic w/c are only good for daytime limiting your fighter plane to good weather only
