I will post pictures as soon as I figure it out???? But I am using STI mag bodies, Dawson base pads, and Grams internals. The mags lock into the pistol positively, loaded or not loaded. There is rattle, but no more than with the RIA magwell. There is ever so slight contact with the base pad and rear of the magwell, but doesn't hinder the mag locking in the pistol. The magwell also does not restrict or bind while insertion or extraction. It is raining, so if it stops today or tomorrow, I will post results after shooting.

Just installed a Taylor Freelance magwell on my Pro Match 40, went on with no problems or fitting, typical TF. Haven't shot it yet, hopefully tomorrow, if it isn't pouring rain. Will rlet you know how it works out.

Yep, the Para block, and will most likely require fitting, mine did.

I have been using one for a year, I like it's adjustability.

Ditto above, run 147gr, shoots soft and knocks down the steel.

It will be fun watchin you next year, you guys really shoot the 45 because you can see the holes.

It's what I do for my 40, just stabbing in the dark for a fix to my problem

Just wondering, been having some issues with the bullet nose diving into the ramp, seems the rim of the bullet on top is catching the gap between the rim and body of the case below it? Have less issues when the mag is not loaded to capacity. Having this issue with 7, 8, and 10 round mags.

Does anyone see the need to use a full length(push thu die) for 45 ACP????

I have been shooting a Pro Match 40 all year in USPSA, using a RaceMaster holster with a PARA block, slight mods required to work, no problems.

I'm new to this forum, my interests are USPSA limited major, I enjoy 3 gun, and I ride H-D. Interest in an open gun is what brought me here, am thinking of 9mm major. Looking forward to enjoying this site.

Ok, just had to look in the right place, but here are a few pictures of my pistol with the Taylor Freelance magwell and mags inserted, I hope the are clear enough to see what you want.
