You nailed it- After some more cussing and fussing, I got the spring in there again (What a PITA!!!) Loaded it up, and after 4 rounds - no more would go - AGAIN. I loosened the extension about a half turn and there was a big pop. Now all 7 go right in. Thanks, 5Shot

I ordered a mag spring from Brownell's to replace the one in my Benelli. I ordered the "Long" one, but when I took it out it looked WAY TOO LONG. I put it in to check anyway, and instead of getting 7 rounds up the tube, I can only get 4. I know this must be for the 7 Shot extension (10 rounds total), so my question is: What spring do I order? Does anyone have a part number? Thanks, 5Shot

You get the prize - earlier versions did not have 2 notches on the bolt. They do now, and the rear most notch must be modified in order to accomplish the task. 5Shot

Just wondering if there would be any benefit, and if it will cause problems with cycling. The add says that it will improve patterning with 00 Buckshot, so I thought I would try it. Hoping to get some input from those of you who might have tried one. Thanks, 5Shot

I would agree with Lino, and in addition, possibly some discussion on the thought process for approaching a stage - not too in depth, but a rule of thumb for what to take on first, second, etc. 5Shot

I saw those videos, but what I was trying to determine is if each is loaded one by one, or if all four are some how miraculously loaded at one time - hard to tell from the video. Thanks, 5Shot

Just purchased my first Benelli - a box stock M1 Tactical, and have a quick question about reassembly. Everything seems to be assembled correctly, but when I rack the bolt it really smacks the back of the receiver. Is something not right or is this normal? I just don't want to fire rounds through it if something is not right, and since it is my first Benelli I have nothing to compare it to.
