  1. Practiscore no longer lists main match and does in fact list centerfire. There is also a combined tab.

Been that way for a couple of years now.

Check if your MD is running the latest version of PS.

  2. FA Pile Driver.

I normally use a Hornady cam lock collet puller in a Lee breach lock single stage press. Recently I had to pull 200 9mm rounds loaded short and an inertia puller was the only option. The Pile Driver has mixed reviews, but i bought one anyway from Midway for $40. It works really well. Much faster than hammer type puller. It is loud, so ear pro is suggested.

  3. If you have an index bearing cam block it it most likely not adjusted properly. The adjustment is difficult to get perfect. I had two different brands and after thousands of rounds of frustration I installed the OE block. Perfect adjustment in a minute and I absolutely can not feel the difference of having a roller or not. All the other upgrades are worth it. Roller index bearings are waste of money and more importantly a waste of time.

  4. I just disassembled a used S1050 that I bought and was surprised to find the crankshaft roller bearings installed in the frame with a loose slip fit. The crank arm bearing has a normal slip fit. I have never seen roller bearings, needle or ball installed in anything without at least a light interference fit. What's the point of using a roller bearing if the outer race can rotate?  I'm wondering if I should install the bearings with a little Loctite.

New bearings from Dillon cost $27.99 compared to $7.08 from the Amazon link above.

  5. I only had to replace Talon tape because I got sloppy with solvent when cleaning the gun. It softened the adhesive in that area. Otherwise it stays in place.

Grit for my competition guns, rubber for carry.

Did you find the brass basepads helped mitigate muzzle flip?

Definitely.  With the additional 8.4 ozs it actually feels like you are holding on to something. Last fall I bought a Shadow 2 to shoot this year and had CZC cut the slide for CO and do everything they do for an S2. With these mag bases I will be shooting the M&P this year.

  7. I will use them in CO. I would say they are legal if I understand the rules correctly. If you can increase  weight with additional rounds and the gun fits the box,  that would be ideal.

I am in NY. One of a few 10 round max states, so additional rounds are not an option for me.
