Consistent dry firing has helped me. Might have to much finger on the trigger. I still have to remind myself straight back sometimes, sure would be nice if that was natural rather than forced.
-
I cleaned it up some with some sandpaper (600,1000,2000); I also knocked down the ridges all the way around the magwell on the insides. The pictures suck, but it is a much smoother transition.
-
So I did something similar, but perhaps a little easier. I used a cpwsa plug, which has some angle already built in the plug and fits up inside the magwell. This is all internal and does nor require building up the magwell. Put the plug in and shape.
CPWSA plug installed, no carving done yet.
Carved on it, could have smoothed out the edges a little better to make it prettier. No backstrap installed.
Backstrap installed (as I shoot it the gun).

I went right to a steel rod and 12# spring, might have to try to stock rsa.

I use a golden rod and a couple of the containers with sillica balls in them. I put them in the oven every month or so to dry them out.

IPSC shot timer (beta) app on droid works for me. I was even able to get it to pick up trigger pull on dry fire on the glock (or I guess the striker dropping). Misses a shot occasionally. Good for a free app.

I use the ipsc shot timer app, practice with it live and dry. It occasionally misses a shot. Someday I'll get serious and buy a timer.

New here. Carried and shot a glock 20 for years no blister, have the big back strap on my 34, no blister ( I do use the production zev with the short reset). I also use just the tip on the trigger. Another solution might be more dry fire time, eventually the blister will calius.

Thanks, saw that but missed the NROI email.

I catch on the front lip and back as well when I start to push faster. Would be nice to know.
If you could only dry fire ten minutes a day, what would you do?

I to am limited on time and use Steve's drills. I usually get home after dark, so already limited to the drills I can do inside. I generally skip around a do a few from each section, like 1,4,5,9,12 then change it the next day. I also decrease the number of reps on some of the early drills (3's instead of 5's). As mentioned above, work on what you need to improve.
