I just tumbled my first .38 SC shells (approx. 500). They are mostly Star line brass, maybe a few other brands as they might have accidently been picked up. I have always purchased new brass, but bow I have about 2k used rounds in zip lock bags and I want to reuse them. I have cleaned them and during the inspection part... I noticed a few that seem to have a bulge towards the base of the shell. I would assume its in the area where the shell isn't supported by the chamber. What is allowed for sidewall bulge? It might be a tough question to answer, but I couldn't find the answer. Thanks!

What did you use to break the torque on the set screw?? Mine is really tight!

I know this is old.... But I finally contacted TT customer service an within one minute they responded and told me they were sending me replacement pins...FREEEEEEE NO CHARGE! TT Customer Service is TOP FREAKING NOTCH!!!

I have a Taran Tactical base pad on one of my STI 170 magazine, but..... the damn little pin that holds the basepad against the magazine body fell out. I have no idea where I lost it. Are there replacement pins sold for these magazines? If so....WHERE can I find them??

No it didn't work. My aftec doesn't have that rectangle area on it like the one in the picture. I purchased two aftecs, both are identical. I purchased the 9mm/38 super comp version. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Is it usually expensive to drill two holes in the barrel?

Would it be benifical to put two holes in the barrel right where top of the slide has been milled out? I have shot an AKAI in .38SC w/v8 ports and one fat one in the center. That thing is flat as can be with little dot movement. It is louder and you can feel the blase inside your body. I have laready played with different loads and I have found that 9.6gr 3N38 w/124MG @ 1.235 works the best for the DVC now. I just want to see if there is any little thing that can improve the dots performance.

Anyone know where I can purchase the adjustment stop screws for a C-More red dot sight? The sight came with the STI DVC open gun. But the windage screw barely fits my 1/16" allen key. I would to get another to replace it, but I cant find them any where online. Are they common screws that can be purcahsed at Lowes? And can I screw the screw all the way out for replacement? New to C-More....

Running 10.2gr of 3N38 @ 1.252 in DVC Open gun. Is it too much, i assume I am still in the safe zone for pressure wise, but I figured I'd ask before I shot them. Just trying to find that right load.

Can it be fitted like that? Im asking because when I place the shell against the breach face ...the extractor barely contacts it. It just falls straight out without an movement other than picking it up. How can it be tuned to move the hook further back? Closer to the breach face?

The best thing about reloading is you can adjust over and over. Just pressed out 40 rounds of 10.2gr @ 1.252. And 9.6gr @1.252. Going to hit the range and see how they do. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
