  1. My favorite thing about L10 is that I can use a major .45 and I'm not handicapped by magazine capacity over the .40's. I remember when we started the L10 division. At the time, I was competing in Limited with a single-stack 1911 and 10-round magazines, like a lot of people. Once Limited really started to get gamed with .38's, we were pretty much out of it.
  2. I don't remember how long ago I actually joined, but I think it was while researching stuff a while ago. Now that I'm getting heavy back into competition, I'll probably start getting into more of the conversations around here and I'm sure this is where I'll get the most help I've been doing USPSA on and mostly off again since 1994, so have seen many of the changes. I've been doing IDPA on and off since 2008, and am very glad to see the most recent major changes. I helped SO a NV State Championship and the rampant cheating that was impossible to police really took the joy out of the sport. And now I've started doing USPSA Multigun, the Heavy Metal Limited Division with an M1A and Winchester SXP. I also still do a lot of rifle matches, especially vintage military stuff, and I like to shoot trap. I'll shoot anything anywhere if I can get the chance to do it and my varying health conditions allow it at the time. I own Blue & Gold Firearms Training in Clark County, NV, so I teach the CCW laws and am also very active in local political battles for freedoms. The name of my company comes from the colors of the US Navy, as I'm a veteran.
