What guns do you currently own? Use what you have to get an idea of what you want then plan and budget accordingly. It's likely after a few matches you'll get a better understanding of what works and what doesn't, and as mentioned many will let you borrow their gun. But don't take advantage of their generosity.

So most recommend a full trigger pull or 3/4 pull, do you guys have stock triggers or aftermarket with shooter reset like rooster? Thanks for the help guys.

So mgardner, you don't ride the reset you do a full trigger pull after each shot, that's what I've been doing but noticed when I practice riding the reset allows faster/more accurate follow up shots. It's the full trigger pull that can introduce bad habits.

Hey guys, I'm looking for tips on riding the reset on my glock 35. Recently at the range I was practicing and I was making a conscious decision to hold trigger down at firing then slowly releasing till reset. I kept practicing this faster and faster and I realized I can defiantly improve using the trigger reset properly. What tips can I practice, I'm sure you guys have a better way to train my brain to work the reset. I've been a lurker for a while but figured I'd ask the experts. Stock glock 35 with polish job.

Build your own, that would be my suggestion. Jd machine upper/lower fulton armory barrel. The rest is personal preference.

I've done 2 930s using this method and they work great, used files on the first one and a worksharp belt knife sharpener on the second. The knife sharpener does the job much faster with a nice smooth radius but you have to be careful because it cuts fast. Start with 220 then extra fine. Go slow and you'll have great results.

What is the purpose of trimming the spring, to make sure you can load the correct number of shells? If you can load the correct number are you good to go? Thanks
