As the score uploader for my club, it is just as easy as described above. You can do it all on your smart phone.
That said, I've only recently started doing uploads to USPSA from the master scoring device. Last, paying for the match is usually a once a month thing (we shoot 3 matches a month and the club director has the bank info, not me) unless we've shot a classifier then we'll be sure it gets paid before the Wednesday update.

Online pre-registration is definitely the new preferred method.
Alternatively, shooters from prior matches should pop up when you start typing their name. Don't delete it reuse/clone prior matches.

Glad to hear!! I was hoping it wouldn't be a safe queen. ?

Wow, this looks like a great event!

Titegroup and N320 we're the top two on every division's equipment survey for 2017 (except Open, of course). Nothing else was more than 12%, most stayed in the single digits.
Specifically for Limited, TG had 30% and N320 had 28%. WST in a distant third place with 9%.
Debatable to say those that can afford to travel to Nationals have a bit more invested in the sport. I wouldn't expect N320 to score as high at a L2 or local. So TG for the win?
Personally, WST since it's made at St. Marks, FL. (so is TG) vs N320 from across the pond.

It’s easier to lightly coat the inside of a small bucket or tupperware with one shot, drop a few handfuls of brass in, and shake.
Keeps the lube exclusively on the outside of the brass, and is still very fast.
Or use a gallon zip lock bag

I've been spoiled by my CZs I guess. I thought my grip felt a lot stronger since I switched to single stack. Amazing what 122PF vs 128PF can do!

Got a 9mm 1911 and found time (and weather warm enough) to chrono my regular load in it. Discovered most rounds are going subminor! 980-1,000 fps with 125gr
Fortunately I brought along my CZ Shadow for a sanity check, same loads chrono 50fps faster (1030-1050) through that 0.4 inch shorter barrel.
Glad I got to the chrono before loading another few thousand rounds! I hate that I've got about 2K rounds that are only good in my CZ...

Is it just me but are the classifieds in higher gear than normal this year?? I know holiday bonus and tax returns are typically the busy time of year (and the off season). It just seems more than the past few years.
So is everyone switching divisions, primary guns, adding backup guns, testing for something different just because, or just finally got enough saved up for the cool blaster you wanted in your collection?
I'm in the last crowd. Picked up a barely used AccuShadow.
I was planning to sell my DW Specialist to fund it, but with the classifieds kinda overwhelmed I think it'd get lost in the noise.

Do all DA/SA guns have a half cock position in their hammer hooks? I know CZ does but I'm not familiar with others (Tangfo, Beretta, etc)?

But the helicopters were awesome...

You can use Glock recoil springs for your flatwire Wilson guide rod. Opens up more options. A little oil or grease helps with the sound.
Thanks! I'll check those out.

Oh, and for those looking at aluminum vs steel main spring housings. The aluminum is about 1oz less so big savings there if you want to run a full length guide rod.

My Springfield 9mm RO is currently at 40.3 with the aluminum housing and magwell and FO front sight. I am using Magpul grips which seem very light.
I like the idea of a FLGR and it would seem that I can spend some weight on that. Which one do you recommend?
I got the full guide rod from Wilson. Really runs smooth with regular recoil springs. I did have to file and fit the angle.
I tried the Wilson flat recoil guide rod and springs, but the flat springs are noisy and the 13# was too much for my 130pf loads. I couldn't find another option for lower flat recoil spring weight.

Excellent news on the PM-45. Saw your YouTube post about yours and add it to my want list! Great that it's a stock item now!

How exactly do you guys use the One Shot? During tumbling or after? And if after what is the procedure?
One gallon Ziploc bag, One Shot the inside of the bag, them dump in brass, close and tumble to coat the brass. Brass is ready for loading. Don't bother with running through corn cob vibratory tumbler after it's been loaded.

Local almost GM I pretend to chase around gave me a good tip, "Train to be fast first then learn to be accurate at speed. Most guys don't ever get a good sense on how to move urgently through a stage."

I broke that bolt once in about 5K, BUT it was due to me pushing too hard to seat primers in shallow primer pockets (poor sampling of 45ACP HRTRS). I do recall I felt the bolt start to give and stupidly just pushed through until it snapped. Had to drill out the middle of the broken bolt and jam a screwdriver on it to back it out. Dillon sent me two as a replacement and I haven't had any issues since in over 10K rounds and counting. I also know not to overexert on the priming stroke now.

-23°F last night in Cedar Rapids, IA. Broke the old record low by 9 degrees! Thermostat is set on 69°, actual indoor temp holding at 63°. Brrrrr...

Thanks for the feedback. I think the aluminum MSH will be the right option. Cheaper than more mags I don't need. Keeps the full length guide rod (cause 9mm is such a handful in a 43oz gun ?).

Necro-post revival.
Does it matter if not all your magazines will make weight with the gun? I've got a few ETMs that bring me to 42.75oz. Then some ETM-Vickers (solid tubes) with Dawson pads that take it to 43.25oz.
I will game it if I can, mostly to save buying more stuff.

Thanks for sharing! PRS has me intrigued. Looking casually for an entry level setup as an excuse to get into another activity and grow my circle of shooting buddies.
