Reloading and Shooting. I enjoy learning as much about the physics side of reloading as I can. It is my goal to get to a point to help as many new reloaders as I can with accurate information and not just gun store scuttlebut. Seems like small guns stores have replaced the barber shop as our BS point. I am getting older but for my entire like I have enjoyed the outdoors, camping, hiking, fishing, boating, firearms and to a lesser degree hunting. I am a member of several rifle/pistol clubs in our area and like to visit them all. Since I am retired reloading has become my new avocation. God and church are really the most important parts of my life, without God I would be nothing. My wife of 41 years comes in a close second. God has blessed me with most wonderful person as my life partner, she supports me, helps me, gives me a shoulder to cry on, she has even learned all she can about PTSD so she can be there for me. She understands why I shout out in my sleep and swing my arms as fists, she understands my startle sensitivity. VFW Post 1487 is the most wonderful VFW Post with many friends. I spend about 20 years tournament bass fishing until I was just physically unable to continue climbing in and out of my boat. Sorry to have quit.

  1. Brownells has schematics in ..PDF for just about every gun both old and new. Might give them a try. http://www.brownells.com/schematics/index.htm Mark in Roseville
  2. Good advise. Important to keep in mind that you will need to fine tune most dies until you get them exactly where you want them. Just take patience when you are learning. (we are always winning)
  3. If I have a recipe that does not list any of the of the Vihtavuori for the particular weight bullet I want to load, is there a chart anywhere that will compare one powder with another? Something that shows that you can use powder xyz in place of powder abc - in the same amount.
  4. I am looking load data using Win231 ball powder to load 9mm 135gr RFP. Been looking and looking. Please email answer to markbrwn@surewest.net. When I open any one of the forums my screen is blacked out about 3/4 down the page. thanks
