No, I shot back to back 1918’s dropped the one eight at fifty yard practical and then Saturday I dropped the other eight weak handed on the practical.

I have them And like above use the foam tips but make sure you get the correct size. I love them.

Brownells sells a kit to replace the o-ring and the steel rings.

If you go the electronic muff route be sure to check them out before you buy, some don't clip the sound of gun fire fast enough and you end up with a head ache after a little while of shooting. I use the in ear TEP-100 with the surefire foam tips in place of the flange rubber or silicone ones they send with them. They are a little pricey but in the summer they are awesome.

I have a Pact and a chrony, I use the chrony all the time. I once put the chrony inside the pact and compared the two with the same load, I received a little difference in velocity but they were consistently the same.

You have no relief on a holster, you can't bob the hammer and you are correct on no hogue big butt grips. I shoot Zero 125's with HP38 or 231 at about 1050 and get good results. If the 140's group better I would use those it only matters on the mover and thats not hard to figure out.

I have no issues with the Safariland blocks loading my comp 3's.

Been there, done that, they fixed it in less that three weeks.

I once watched a delta elite, that had some trigger work done, go full auto with a full mag.

I've used, 231/HP38, bullseye, AA2, VVN320, Solo1000(one of my favorite) all do a good job some are cleaner than others.

I held the mover record for several years with a 8 3/8 blued 586, I think either will be fine.

Excel spreadsheet using avg for the total, set up by days then you look to see if your getting better.

I use the TEP-100’s around full auto and belt feed guns with no problems. I use the surefire foam replacement tips.
