  4. Thanks for the replys. I have not shot since the monster match untill last night. My stage planning sucks my gun sucks for my class. Im looking to upgrade to a better limited setup but im on a budget. I would love a sti edge in 40 cal. I may jave to sell or trade my AR 10 for something! As far as b class goes im not close yet. I thought i did good last night i won my class out of 4 but overall not good. A couple mikes and no shoots along with charlies shooting minor doesnt help. Can anyone reccomend a good limited setup? Im signed up for the fl state match in january o would love to have a competitive gun and setup. Thanks
  5. I stippled my gun a long time ago was going to make it a limited gun. Now I want to go back to production with it. The trigger guard has been stippled idk why I did it but it's done. If I sand it down back to smooth will it be legal? I don't plan on reshaping the guard just smoothing it out.
  6. I plan on one day taking a class with Shannon Smith. I don't get to go to the range and practice for USPSA only time is at local matches. I plan on shooting one tomorrow only 3 stages but I have been practicing dry fire and set up makeshift stages in my back yard and shooting a BB gun! It is helping with my stage planning and taking time with my shots and moving faster.
  7. Monster match: https://youtu.be/FYBMGm3joFIhese were the farthest shots I ever took with a pistol. I missed like 3 targets completely
  8. I'm a D class limited shooter I don't really shoot that much only major matches. I have placed 3rd and 1st in the pro am 2nd in the florida state match D class. I shoot a basically production glock 17 with factory mags no extension. when i classified about 2 years ago i had a magwell on my gun and stock mags when i was reloading they kept falling out cause i couldnt push them in far enough so I got crap scores. I just shot the monster match and I thought I did ok but I guess not! Please give me some tips to work on. My goal is to become a B shooter by the next state match in January.
  9. Never mind I figured it out. Thanks for the help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. I just renewed my uspsa membership and I was classified in limited and now my card says X for all of the classifications. My last classifier match was in 2012 but I renewed my membership every year. Idk WTF to put down for my classification for the match I'm shooting this weekend.
  11. Anyone know how many limited spots are open on sat? I checked the site still no squad lists..
  12. Thanks for the help. If ball busting is needed then go for it! I do change up my dry fire practice for matches by moving, draws, moving reloads. I paste targets around the house and im moving all throught it.
  13. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=vU_vS7Ahm1I# I haven't shot in 8 months but started dry fire practice today and can't seem to keep my thumbs pointed forward. They always are pointed up or out! Is that a bad thing or not? How can I prevent that. I watched a my videos and noticed it even with dry fire. Thanks
  14. Dont come highjack the thread to show us that u have been a C class for """2""" years. Maybe "you lose". And maybe you just cant get to "B". But to the Almighty "Grumpy One" thanks for your beautiful insight and wisdom on where our goals should be set. You dont know any of our goals so take ur opinion and rotate on it.!!!!Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2You will not go far with that attitude...Set your goals low, and you will never improve to where you "think" you should be. Your goals should be attainable, but not so high as to be discouraging. Setting a goal for C class is almost like not setting a goal at all. As for me not getting to B class, perhaps because I'm only able to shoot 2 or 3 classifiers a year (I've shot 2 this year), well that might be an issue. All of us, including you, are entitled to their opinions. Just so happens, your opinion is incorrect... I may be speaking for myself but I think everyone wants to reach GM eventually. I know why I'm in D class I screwed up on a classifier match. And I have not had a chance to shoot another one since. I placed 2nd in a state match, 3rd in a proam, and just recent 1st in the proam. My goal I to make B class in the next classifier match. But I have to work the next match so who knows when I Can get there!
  15. I guess I will play! I haven't shot a classifier in over a year only a state match and 2 ProAms. But I will try to get to some local matches. A76086 Limited D
  16. I then added a hand lanyard made out of 550 paracord. Also made a lanyard for the camera by drilling another hole in the tube and running the lanyard that came in the parts kit through it and attatched it to the cameras locking lever. So total cost was around $28.00 I made it mainly due to the fact that the camera has no handle.
  17. I then used a drill (actually used my dremel) To drill a hole in the tube to match the hole on the GoPro mount Then used one of the bolts and nuts to bolt the mount on I then cut the excess off
