Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. You can submit results to SCSA from Practiscore. Go to "View Results" and then "Activity/Classifier Report" and it will create the .csv file and email it to you. All you have to do is upload the .csv via the SCSA submission page and you're all set. Note that this is for iOS, I'm not sure about Android. The Practiscore developers did an awesome job with this, and I was able to submit both local matches and the PA State Championship Level 2 match using Practiscore this year.

  3. Thank you very much! You guys are awesome!
  4. Has anyone come up with a half-decent solution for converting a Practiscore export to the EzSteel/SCSA/USPSA submission format? I emailed USPSA today about this, and was basically told to re-enter all of my scores from Practiscore into EzSteel and then submit. As Practiscore already exports a very nice little zip file with JSON formatted results (match_scores.json and match_def.json) I'd rather spend my time writing some code to read these in and spit out a CSV. If someone has already figured this out, or has a trail of bread crumbs to do the equivalent, can you let me know? Otherwise, can someone send me some examples of the format that SCSA/USPSA needs for the submission?
  5. For those of you looking for the address of the banquet, it appears to be: 8539 Winchester AveInwood WV 25428
  6. Doors open at 6:30, food is served at 7. Also, Larry asked people to dress nicely - no dirty range shirts or shorts.
  7. Rt 11 South Inwood, WV 25428 (304)229-6900 http://heritagehallbanquets.com/index.html Unfortunately their website only lists the street they are on, and their direction page does not load. So, we're going to drive around Rt 11 for a bit and hope we spot it.
  8. Thank to Dean, the match staff, and all of the ROs who kept things moving today. We had 7 well designed stages and a new target from GT Targets that caught everyone by surprise.
  9. Matt, If you can get squadded with Steve and me, you're welcome to borrow my SX3. -Andrew Schaefer
  10. Thanks to Larry, Linda, and the rest of the team for a great match! The range was top notch and so was the match staff. We really enjoyed the variety of stages and the challenges that they presented. I hope to be back next September for the next one.
  11. And here's your weather forecast for Glengary, West Virginia as of now: Wednesday - Sunny, High 66 Low 46 Thursday - Few Showers, High 53 Low 37 Friday - Partly Cloudy, High 49 Low 31 Saturday - Sunny, High 59 Low 38 Sunday - Partly Cloudy, High 61 Low 43 http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/Glengary+WV+USWV0297
  12. A little practice at 200y would be a good idea too. There is nothing more humbling than timing out on the long range stage. Thanks again to Dean for putting these matches together. -Andrew
  13. Did you notice that any of the loads you tested were noticeably more, or less accurate than others?? I was just shooting into the berm to chrono the rounds. I figured I would check accuracy and tune further once I'm at least making major. I'll let you know what I find once I get back to the range.
  14. With 5.8gr of N320, I had an average velocity of 879.2fps for a power factor of 162. I'll take it up to 6.0 and 6.2 and see where I end up. The range was quite hot yesterday when I chrono'd the ammo, around 95 degrees. All of these were seated to a 1.215 OAL. Here are the power factors I saw as I worked through all of the different powder weights of N320: 5.2gr 140pf 5.4gr 152pf 5.6gr 157pf 5.8gr 162pf
