  1. Honestly that gun there, is a pretty good deal. 975 in parts alone, plus the price of the gun, plus the machine work on the slide and chrome. Trigger with striker 250 Magwell 80 Ti Safety Plunger 20 Guide Rod with spring 60 Mag release 35 Pin Kit 15 KKM 170 Grips 10 Ext slide lock/release 40 (with the chrome) Base pads 20 Sight 275
  2. There was a video of a Burwell M&P trigger job about a month ago and it was nice to see take up, break, over travel and reset. Just curious if anyone has a Vanek Glock video of their trigger, or would be able to put one together. If you do, do one, please let us know what kit it is...thanks a bunch.
  3. Does someone have a picture of an uncoated Jager striker? Also what is the width of the striker leg (see picture...picture is not of a Jager just a picture I found), on mine it's .005 skinner then a stock. I figure it's just that way to save on weight, but makes it rattle when in the slide.
  4. Precision Delta's are good, but no where near as good as MG. I bought 2000 124 JHP just to try out, they were differently ok, but if you buy a case (or for that matter 3 cases) of MG, they're cheaper than the Delta's and a much better quality/consistent.
  5. Yes it came with 3 Gen 4 magazines. It just sucks because the Gen 3 trigger bar is easier/better to mod for competition. Supposedly the new design is to help the trigger spring from breaking, but who really cares...it's a $3 part and anyone who shots their Glock enough to break it, changes springs out enough that it probably would never happen.
  6. Why does my brand new Gen 3 G34 have a Gen 4 trigger/trigger bar and a Gen 4 striker?
  7. Both in stock and both at the same price....which is better?
  8. Thanks, I looked at that post, but not since the video was posted up.....disregard.
  9. I'd love to see a video of a Burwell trigger to see how crisp it is as well as reset. There's one on YouTube of a home made M&P trigger, but it's has a ton of overtravel and the guy doens't even show the most important part...the rest. I know Dans are probably a ton better than that and I'd (and I'm sure a ton of others) would love to see a quality M&P trigger (like a Burwell or Bowie).
  10. Talked to the Manufacture. The two are the same, except the over travel tab.
  11. Are these the same connectors, expect for the overtravel tab on the Rocket? I hear a ton of good things about the Rocket but very little about the Ultimate. I have no need for the overtravel, since we run a set screw in the housing.
  12. Which lightened striker do you think is best?
  13. Looking for a shellplate #8 to load 9mm in my LNL progressive. But seems like everyone is outstock. Any advice?
  14. How would you compare a drop in trigger kit for an M&P (like APEX Competition Kit) vs a drop in trigger kit for a Glock (like a Vanek Classic)? I know Burwell and Bowie do amazing triggers with M&P's but shipping costs make it unrealistic for a Production gun. Both the M&P and Glock feel comfortable to me and I can get them for about the same pric. So it comes down to which one I feel well have the best trigger.
  15. So what makes them illegal in production? Can you see something from the exterior or is it the fact that the trigger doesn't return to it's factory position and they're considering that changing the exterior appearance?
  16. I'm looking souly for Pre-Travel adjustment. I'm be using a set screw for Post-Travel, so that's not important.
  17. Any trigger kits out there with pre-travel adjustment, that are legal for productions?
  18. Ok the questions been asked a lot, but I'm just concerned with trigger comparisons and more specifically custom/aftermarket triggers. How does a Dan Burwell M&P trigger stack up to a high end (Vanek etc.) Glock 34 trigger? What are their characteristics? What are the pros and cons between the two? Thank you very much. PS I'm going to post this in the M&P section too.
