  1. The disco will be my last mod too. I have the SA down to 2#, but it has some take up I want to see if I can get rid of. I'm sick of hearing the CZ guys saying the tanfo can't have a nice trigger like theirs. The DA is nice and smooth all the way through at 5 3/4.

  2. Ahhhh...ok. So the standard CZ sear spring is lighter than the tanfo one?

The LRA one has one less coil spring than the stock sear spring. But they're probably the same springs. I don't know who's spring LRA carries.

  3. So do I need to call CGW to get the spring?

It's not listed on their website.

I don't know the first thing about CZs, so I don't know the difference in sear springs or even if there are any differences. What model CZ is the spring out of?

The LRA reduced power sear spring doesn't do any difference for DA, but takes off a full 8oz on the SA.

  4. I'm seeing some mention to use a cgw sear spring in a stock 2. I have the LRA rp sear spring, but I wanted an extra and LRA is out of stock. I checked cgw and can't seem to find them. I found the rp-trs that I'm also getting, but no sear spring. Am I missing something? Anyone have a link?

  5. Each time I've ordered from there, something was out of stock in my order even though they were in stock at the time I placed the order.

So they held it until I emailed and told them to cancel the out of stock part.

I assume if you buy something that is in stock, it should go out the next day. Assume.

  6. The size is 1/16.

I have this set from Midway.

    www.midwayusa.com/product/191653/lyman-roll-pin-punch-set-4-piece-steel

I've taken out the trigger bar about 10 times now and I'm still using the original pin. It hasn't mushroomed over at all.

The set above doesn't show it, and I don't know if it comes with it, but my set came with roll pin holders as well. It's a nice punch set.

  7. I just received a set of extreme grips for the S2. Does anyone else find in annoying that they dont come with grip screws? Or how about the fact the websites that sell them doesn't mention it in their description? WTF! And guess what? No one has grips screws in stock! Anyone have extras?

  8. I was thinking I may just have to sand the end down a little to make the block drop a little lower in the slide.

It's not staying low enough to allow the FP to come all the way back.

If i remove the back plate and FP and spring with the slide on the gun, it looks like the FPB barley protrudes up with the hammer cocked. So I was concerned that if I take too much off the bottom, it may not engage the FP.

  9. I just installed an extended FPB with my extended firing pin because the original FPB wasn't working. The new FPB seemed to be working fine without fitting, but as I was dry firing it, then racking the slide with the trigger still squeezed simulating live fire, the back plate on the slide fell out and the FP was stuck in the slide. The FPB is holding it from returning because it's moving too far forward.

My question is, do I need to worry about this during live fire? I assume since there is no casing in the gun, the FP is able to move forward more than when there is a case in it.

This could cause a problem on unload and show clear to the next time I load.

I'm thinking I could ramp the FP ledge that's getting hung up on the FPB.
