I figured as much about the "Shotty" thing. I had just watched that video with the animated guys going off about the word "shotty" and various other forum related questions so I figured I'd use it. My brother in law does actually use the term "shotty" to refer to a shotgun and I hate it as well. I think I"m going to start using Armalite-15 instead of AR-15.

I know this will vary event to event but how many shotty (found the correct spelling in another post) shells do you carry per stage? I'm getting set up with gear over the winter and wondering how many carriers I may need. I've got 3 of the 4 shell carriers and 1 of the 6 shell carriers and can put 9 in the tube to start.

I had a 28 cut down to a 22 and threaded for the Mossberg Accu-Choke. The 28 can actually be a 24 or 22...24 right behind the ports and 22 one rib back from that.

Firebird FPX-15 stripped lower arrived today...

This isn't a dip but there are a variety of camo patterns. digital camo wrap I just ordered some digital camo vinyl wrap the other day.

any recommendations on a good stripped lower for the rifle kit I've listed above? I can get a delton stripped lower locally for $129 and I've found a firebird fpx-15 for $119 + FFL fee. I could also remove the JP trigger from the rifle kit and get a jp lower w/trigger installed for $299 + FFL fee.

from what I've read the M4 feed ramps help with reliability and insurance against jamming.
