  1. Doo-dads: The 35 comes standard with a 3.5#connector, an extended magazine release and an extended slide release. The first two are things you will probably want for competition. I don't carrya 35 but I think it's dimensions are pretty close to a single stack .45 1911 GM type pistola. A 27 will also take all of the longer .40 magazines.

  2. Bummer about the 10, I guess ya can't tell them that it's an adult .40? Otherwise the M21 and M22 are two different frame sizes. Do you have a preference for either and a preference for either caliber? And will you be competing with it as Flex$ asked? He and I both use a 35 which is a 22 frame with a longer slide and a couple of doo-dads.

  3. Ok Flex maybe miracle was a little strong but they sure had some sqeakers. Not at all like my Spartans getting pounded 61 to what, 3? by PSU. Anyway I hope they do well. Anyway you get it, 13-0 is quite an acheivement. I don't really understand the car burning though.

  4. BS? Thanks Steve! A nice trigger does seem to help the accuracy, especially as the range increases. Especially for a newbie shooter like me. I have amazed myself at how accurate my Glock is and I'm really not too good. I have helped a few shooters even rawer than myself with a simple Glock trigger job(polish, lighter striker spring,3.5 # connector) and their improvement in accuracy is immediate and sustained.

  5. Dave, we just shot this one at South Central. I was actually the high limited shooter (all C and D's, one B) with a 97 in 31.23 HF 2.7858 one mike on T1, a makeup on T2, and two shots at one of the poppers. 3QT was 2 seconds faster but two mikes and lower hits.

  6. Flex I think you missed my buttons and my point. The point- if you are a slapper, a really finetrigger is of little consequence, if you are a resetter a really nice trigger is a greater benefit. My button-arrogance. And what are ya doing even mentioning my name in the same post with TGO? Although I did beat (shot less worse) than 3QT Sunday.

  7. Videotaped at match last weekend. Two Masters were in my squad shooting Glocks in production class (I don't really know why, don't ask). It was very obvious upon review of the video that one of them is a trigger slapper. I remembered a previous comment he had made about a CGR trigger not being necessary....Light Bulb! Here's the revelation: If you are a trigger slapper, you probably won't benefit that much by taking your Glock trigger to it's finest edge. But  if you are one who preps for the next shot by keeping your finger in control of the trigger and only allowing it to reset, let's call this a "trigger resetter", you may well find a great deal of benefit in a very nice trigger job for your Glock. Am I onto something here or chasing vapor?

  8. I have been very pleased in my dealings with CGR. Matt is adamant about backing up his products. Use my 35 for a house gun as well as competition, just don't leave a round in the chamber.

  9. Some of you guys are just way too polite. I want to know why the choices are limited to a SF HD. I also want to know more about the poster. How many matches? Do you own any handguns now? And why haven't you replied to your own thread in over a week?

  10. I have been using a reverse pivot (basketball term) like Flex$. I had not even thought of using the strong side leg as a pivot and throwing my weakside leg around. It seems to have some potential as I dry shoot it. Will try at range with timer. Thanks.
