Legal. It is a factory part.
(It is the same logic as a glock 17 mag release using a glock 34 extended or a powder river precision trigger on an xdm) What you need to find out is when you place your pistol inside the uspsa box. You will find that it is tight or most cases it is too wide and the box wont close.

The safety off of a shadow also works, not that it is from the same manufacturer so im not sure if it is prod legal.

Sear & Hammer's are not "Drop In" parts that you can simply throw into any random gun and expect it to function properly. These parts need to be precision fit to the gun they are in and only for that gun.
If you don't know how to properly tune the Sear/Hammer engagement or trigger components then leave it up to a competent gunsmith to do it for you.
This is what i tell people who starts fiddling their Stock 2/3 and Lim Pro... You have to understand the sear/hammer relation plus of course the safety... if you dont it will be more of a headache...

Production Division is the one equipment division which does NOT support “interpretation of the rules”.
The intent of the USPSA Board is – and always has been – to strictly limit the types of modifications that can be done in USPSA Production Division.
If you have to “connect dots” or “make assumptions” or “infer” or combine different clauses to arrive at a conclusion that something is legal…it isn’t.
ALL modifications are PROHIBITED in USPSA Production Division unless a specific item in Appendix D4 or a published NROI ruling clearly states that specific modification is allowed for use in USPSA Production Division.

If i would start my production life all over again - i wouldn't think twice in using an xd tactical in production uspsa. they are accurate...do some trigger job and you are done..
