Dog, everyone in SE LA shoots EAPS on 3rd Sunday. You need to skip the indoor match in Arabi on the 1st Sunday and take a ride to New Iberia. The best part is the seafood buffet at Landry's afterwards.

Soaking in Hoppes works. But, if the comp is threaded onto the barrel, it will eat away any loctite or epoxy and the comp will come loose. Don't let the lead build up too much and use the dental picks.

TL, still pics can be misleading. It looks like Bryant is planted in the first pick, but if you look at the RO, he is in motion. Bryant may have still been in motion in the first pic. I shoot with him on occasion and he doesn't have many wasted movements and I have never seen him "showboat" for any reason.

Cy, there are a few different mounts out there. Brazos, Alchin, and Dawson are three I can think of right off the top of my head. You can get the Brazos mount either centered over the bore or offset to the left. The Alchin mount has a blast shield built in.

A standard draw is the only way to do it without an ambi safety, safety must be disengaged with strong hand. Most ambi's dig into my nuckle, so I don't have one on my limited gun and there isn't much left to the one on my open blaster either.

I'm sorry to say that little Madison didn't make it. She was taken off life support last night.
Kevin, I printed your post and brought it to the hospital. I can't say that it made anybody feel any better but it did lift the feeling of guilt.

The older SV 170's will only hold 26 38supers with the Dawson +1 pad.
My older STI 170 with Dawson +1 pad will hold 28 supers or 29 supercomps. You may want to buy a new SV 170 to fix the one you have.

My brother's five week old daughter stopped breathing yesterday. She is in PICU and it's not looking good for her. So far the tests show no brain activity. Doctors say looks like SIDS. I hate that innocent children have to go through this.

I'd say Benny's got it. I have the same problem when using practice ammo in my Brazo's PRO SX 38super. New Remington brass = no problem.
