  1. Back to a good 'ol shootin question. What is the hightest number of stages won (expressed as a percentage) by a competitor at a US IPSC or USPSA national championship? And, who was this shooter, and what year did it happen? Example: Johnny Crankmaster won 12 out of the 14 stages at the 1912 US National IPSC Championship. Answer: Johnny Crankmaster, 1912, 85.7%. Somebody should be all over this one... Brian
  2. Kyle, This question was (finally) answered correctly in March. The SCT was a drill invented by Jeff Cooper; it was a "Standard Controlability Test," which determined if you could control your handgun with the loads you were shooting. It went something like this: 25 yds, gun in hand, 6 shots into a 10" circle, which was the A zone of whatever the IPSC target was then. (I think it was the "Option") All shots had to be in the circle to pass the test. Brian
  3. I post a question each month, the first to answer correctly wins a free book (including postage). :-) If there is more than one correct answer, the first one posted wins. You're only eligible to win once per year. So if you manage to make it to the elite winner's circle, please allow others to bid for the title for the rest of the year. Thanks, be
