If one doesn't plan on shooting IDPA, then there is no problem with the CZC guns.
I shoot an Accu Shadow in USPSA and the only change I did was a 8.5# mainspring. The DA is now ~4# with the SA at 1.5#.

There are plenty of Shadows in stock here, from the base Shadow to the Accu Shadow.

Ran some loads t 1.20", and it seems to be a bit more accurate than the 1.180" loads

Welfare Open (Carry Optics)WO...???

Any updates for those that have the open guns?

SV has an extra short insert now.I have SV short trigger on my limited gun, I find on quick shots I shoot low and left. Maybe I need and extra short trigger if they made one. So I will probably try the short curved to see if that helps. That being said. On my 10mm Dan Wesson and rock island I have flat triggers and they feel great.
-
And you wonder why you didn't put the 8.5# in sooner. LOL
This is exactly what I did.Go shoot a DA revolver for a while. [emoji317]
In all seriousness, after shooting a revolver for local IDPA stuff for a while, it's reached the point where I don't even blink at the DA on a totally stock new production 75B.
Shot an old S&W model 10 with no trigger work in SSP for a while. Suddenly the DA on my CZs was silly easy, then I put in a 8.5 spring in the SP01 Shadow. Now I feel like a cheater.

No problem.
And for reference, here's a pic of the ShockBottle pads on the CZC (MG17) plated mag. I like the SP pads better.

About a week of dry fire fixed me up.
After that, I put a 8.5# main spring in and DA is no big deal.
My DA is close to 4# and SA 1.5#

It would help to post what bullet you are using, as the shapes are different.
Using MG 124jhp, max is 1.090" for my Accu Shadow, which is what my friends Accu Shadow takes as well.
-
BTW, here's the difference in weight.
Used the MG pad to zero the scale.
The difference between the MG and SP pad.

Thanks!!!
Yes, the MG17 and SP pads are legal.

Here's the MG 17rd magDo the 17 or 10 round mecgars mount flush or do they have the baseplate that extends about a 1/2" below the mag well? Or do you have to buy that plate as an add on. I currently just use the stock plastic ones but like the extra length that hangs out
And the 17 with SP pads

Front row is range pick-up brass, back row is brass fired from my gun w/ Kart barrel.
-
LNL with Hornady dies and no problem getting glocked brass. When I feel more resistance, I slow down the lever action. I found if I keep a quick pace, sometimes there is still a little bulge.
-
It's a ShockBottle Hundo. Can get it from the Ben Stoeger pro shop.

Trubor is a bull barrel with comp
-
It's on the internet, so it has to be true. LOL
-
Is the eagle a 9mm? If so a smith can fit the barrel and contour the comp end of the barrel to match the tri-topped slide.

Springer Precision? Never heard of them. LOL

Why not call CZC and ask Angus?

The Pre-B is a factory part.
The SRTS is a CZC part that it fit to the gun
Both do the same thing, but the SRTS is shorter, since it is fit
