I don't have an AFTEC, but I thought that I've read that it has to clock a little for proper function.

DA is only a possible 1 shot per stage, many stages have unloaded starts, so no DA first shot.
DA is a non issue
Exactly. Some dry fire practice when getting into a DA/SA, then it is not an issue.

The XD is more like a SA than DA. Only have to deal with DA on the first shot.

3+1 for limited. (20rd mags)
5+1 for production.
Usually only use 1, but I have had to use another when a mag became a salt shaker.

Change the main spring on the CZ and get a 4# DA and 1.5# SAI am curious how the 6lbs modded DA pull can be lighter than a 2.5lbs APEX MP9 trigger...
The Apex sear gets rid of the little angle that moves the striker back just a hair, so it's more like a SA trigger with the Apex.
I had an M&P setup, but like the CZ better.

Here's what i use when I fit a slide/frame.This may be a silly question but is there a list of measurements somewhere? like how thick the slide rail has to be. How open the channel on the frame has to be, etc, etc.

The Tac 4.15 on the bottom had a regular (full size) grip chopped down to use 120mm mags. The VIP grip is just a full size grip chopped down, the MSH pin hole relocated and a shorter MSH

Just looked and the 19rd retaining plates are different than the 17rd plates, so you would need those too

For most people the regular Accu would do, as would the Custom. The BLK adds a match barrel, and the factory barrel has shown that it's pretty good. It's not like USPSA is bullseye.
