  1. I'd agree with this list. I use the Dawsons and the Vanek drop in. It's awesome. I do NEED the grips... but I'm really worried about making the grips any bigger. I'm trying Pro Grip for now. I don't like the TruGrips either because it makes the grip to much bigger and I have to shift my grip in order to hit mag release. I started using Pro Grip as well and have been happy with it even in 90 degree days. Eric
  2. Dan is doing mine too. I shot a friend's 4" with Dan's competition trigger job and it is extremely nice. Plus, Dan is a real pleasure to deal with too. Eric
  3. Yep, I really like it with my guns too. It really smoothes out the action. Eric

i agree 100% w/ the grip and stance concept, but running against custom 2011's is quite a challenge, i need all the help i can get. after i got the weight i sent it to bladetech, they did a DOH just for it, hth. While many people seem satisfied with a trigger job, you may want to consider the new Fulcrum Trigger from GlockWorx. It is aluminum with adj. overtravel and pretravel and the trigger safety will depress all the way in when firing. It is supposed to be patterned after a 1911 trigger.
  5. I would add Lanny Basham's books/tapes to the list of things to get early on. Lanny's book " With Winning in Mind" should be one of the first that you read. Eric
