  1. Bill, Here is something you may want to try out. Add some type of texture to the bottom of the trigger guard like skateboard tape or checkering. Now when the left hand is coming into the grip, "pinch and roll" it into position. Boy this would be a lot easier to describe with some video. The left index finger contacts the back of the trigger guard and touches the front of the middle finger of the right hand. The left hand is at a 45 degree angle to the right hand at this point. Now roll the hand up and point the left thumb at the target. The left hand in the final position is fully locked into both the underside of the trigger guard and the back of the hand has a full "meat" contact with the right hand. You should feel pressure on the index finger of the left hand being pinched in place. Hmm, its late and I may have to rewrite this again for easier comprehension. Best of luck and I will look at it again in the next day or so. :-)
  2. "Wrong f**king alley" I only saw one post in here for my favorite movie of all time. Boondock Saint's In the US you can only rent it at Blockbuster or buy it from out of the country. I got mine from http://www.videoflicks.com/titles/1096/1096942.htm GET IT. You won't regret it. One of my favorite B movies is Army of Darkness. Classic lines. "Good, bad, I'm the guy with the gun." hehe Hasta (Edited by MattBurkett at 12:42 am on Oct. 16, 2001)
  3. Hi guys. Yes I did use a 150 grain Lead Free frangible bullet at last years Pan American match. Okay thoughts on the stuff here. Favorite set-up for a .40 165 PF IPSC gun. 180 grain bullet with Viht N-310 1.230 OAL - make sure gun and mags work with the long ammo 10-11 lb. verified spring .200 red shock buff Long wide SVI with a bull barrel - set up almost the same as Brian's gun. Greased with Brian's slide glide. LOTS. :-) ----------------------------------------- I don't like the 200's at the 165 factor. Seem to be moving just a little slower than I like.
  4. The tri-glide system from SVI employs a small 1mm ballbearing on both the center leaf of the leaf spring and on the back of the trigger bow. I haven't noticed the leaf spring lightening up on my systems ever. They work pretty well. :-)
  5. Brian, glad you put the easy questions up here! hehe
