Have had same issue, run same base setup as 'got glock' 13 lb ISMI recoil spring, ran great with no FTE's then the NLCI extractor 'hook' cracked in half (4 months old!!), put new one in and had FTE hell again. New extractor spring and .40 plunger cap, same thing. (?) Numerous mags tested, was using a 9mm 115 JHP Zero 3.8 gr TG at 1.130 - 1.135 OAL. Changed this to same bullet but 4.3 gr TG and OAL of 1.110- 1.115 and it has worked past 500 rounds. Hopefully it is happy now.

13 lb works great for me Minor up to 155 PF, as Jimmy said check\replace your mag springs.

Had buddy stipple my G34 frame, love it! Use CCF now but this helped way more than grip tape After I think the repeated heat shrunk the frame a bit as some mags would stick, used 60 grit sandpaper on inside then 250 grit to smooth out worked great.
