I never dismount the gun and strip 4 at a time from the belt or from a bandolier with strippers that I came up with and a friend of mine has improved upon.
Cant the gun slightly to see the loading gate. You'll have to develope your own tehnique for getting them in the tube. How you get it done will depend upon your fumble factor and everybody is different. I have never practiced anything as much as I have my shotgun reload.
A lot depends upon how much dexterity you have in your weak hand. Once you can pull 4 rounds from a stripper and get them in the tube without leaving a trail of ammo on the ground then work on the speed.
By the way, you better take a Dremel to the gun and fix all the sharp edges. You might as well do it now and save yourself some pain.
