mlmiller1
West Texas Practical Shooters (www.wtps.us) is holding a multi gun match Jan 30th, 1pm. Entry fee is $15. We'll shoot 5 stages, 2 will use all 3 weapons, 3 will use 2. USPSA scoring & safety rules will be used at this match. The round counts are approximate at 50 rifle rounds, 4 slugs, 40 birdshot #6 or smaller, & 65 pistol rds. The stages will involve thinking, loading, choosing which targets to engage with which weapon, & moving. There will be challenges for all level of shooters but should be basic enough for anyone of any level to come & have a fun time. If you have any questions, shoot me a PM(if they are working now) or email at mlm5ill9er@yahoo.com. Be sure to check the website(www.wtps.us) for weather cancellations before leaving home. The forecast is looking good though so let's start the year off shooting multi-gun! Mark Miller
J-Ho
If you are in the area, go to this match. If you haven't shot a 3 gun or multigun match yet, go to this match. WTPS is a bunch of good guys.
mlmiller1
Thanks Jason, Let's hope the weather holds, the forecast looks pretty reasonable! MLM
mlmiller1
Match cancelled due to extreme weather. We still have a couple of inches of snow on top of nearly an inch of rain/ice now. It is supposed to warm up tomorrow but that will just make it nasty muddy. Darn it! This is the second time in a row. Maybe next time we'll have some decent weather.
