SiG Lady Posted August 20, 2009 Author Share Posted August 20, 2009 This is one of those situations that I created out of a simple, gutsy idea, some diplomatic suggestions and a keen sense of timing. Timing is everything. It's something you can smell. (Yes, and I love that new job smell!). It took a few weeks to coagulate all the ideas and people, but it seemed to be a well-oiled transition after all. This isn't the first time I've "created" a job and talked someone into it... but, in this case, there WAS an actual need and I simply plugged myself into it.
