Like, for me, I've been battling with a bad back. So, I do things that I wouldn't normally. And, perhaps your hard turn/transition isn't where you want it to be for some reason. For example, I am always debating to keep the feet planted and transition without moving them vs. pivoting ans shifting the feet. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
