VA/MD Section Championship

I'm trying to drum up some more REVO shooters for the match. Despite my screen name, I'll be doing the round thing. We currently have 10 registered, and there are still slots available. It's going to be 9 stages + chrono, round count is going to be 229+. The fee is only $75, and they are waiving the late fee. Also, if you need to shoot Friday with the staff, this has been OK'd as well. This info is straight from the horse's mouth (the section coordinator is Jeff Salzberg), so hurry up because there's still time. The match is being held in Fredericksburg, VA, right off of I-95. Area 8 will there as well this year, so take the opportunity to come down and check out the range. You can see the stages and get a match application here:

There's got to be a couple of guys within driving distance of VA looking for a major match that weekend. I got another revolver shooter to sign up, so we're up to eleven. I'm also working the angle to get some guys to switch divisions, with the incentive of the program of which we do not speak.

I'm brand new to this site. Just got back from SC Section where we had 9 revolver shooters in our squad, including GM Cliff Walsh. Great time with all. I'm shooting Va/Md and hope to see more revolvers come out for the match.
