I'm not even a customer and I hate them.

Time-Warner is starting to test their new "usage pricing model" where customers buy 5, 10, 20 or 40gb/month and pay $1 per GB over that for internet use. Their CEO States they "made a mistake" not going to usage based pricing immediately. It appears that the big problem is people are using their internet bandwidth to buy movies from on-line services rather than Time-Warner premium channels and pay per view. Of course, they are only doing this test in areas without meaningful broadband competion (Beaumont, TX and Rochester, NY).
