sig2009
I see a few You Tube videos for guys swaging with the Dillon 600 Swager and in everyone they barely have any resistance pulling down the handle to swage the primer pockets on .223. I set mine up and was setting the swager too deep and was getting very loose primer pockets when inserting a new primer. I then backed off on the swager and swage until I just get a primer to seat with a little resistance but you still have some resistance in the swager lever. Am I doing this correct? According to Dillon this is a trial and error set up. Thanks Dillon for the in depth directions!!!!!!

Kyle O
Grease will help, but there should be some resistance. Smoothness and consistancy will never fail you.
