  1. I've shot major loads with the PD 124gn fmj loaded out to 1.170 in my Czechmate. The jhp's just won't load long.
  2. How in the world are any of you guys able to run the Precision Delta 124gn jhp at 1.170 OAL? My CZ Czechmate won't chamber those until I seat them at 1.150 or shorter.
  3. Ya. I know. I was having issues with the Czechmate cycling until I started using HS6.
  4. I just got 500 of these from American Reloading to try.
  5. I just picked up some 147gn fmj flat point bullets. Anyone use them? I can't seem to find any threads doing a search. Just wondering what powders to try and what charge to start. I would most likely be loading these for my CZ Czechmate so I will need some gas behind them to operate the comp.
  6. Need a pdf file. Zip file does not open. You have to pay for it.
  7. In 15 years I have never had one brake. Looks like yo may have the spring and washer too tight.
  8. A little more learning curve with the 650. Caliber changes take a few minutes compared to the 550. If you have to clear a problem on a 650 it's not as quick as a 550.
  9. You could have just had them send you a new link at no charge. Easy to install.
  10. Ya. Thanks. Just a little frustrated having to deal with this for the past year with no solution. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has ever experienced this and I am surprised Dillon couldn't figure this one out.
  11. I used a brand new large powder bar I had laying around. Swapped out the old for new. Fixed the problem
  12. Most likely out of spec. I'm not a machinist so I can't tell you why it is defective. All I know is I swapped out the old one with a new one I had on hand and no more powder spill. Here's a pic.
  13. Problem solved! I had a few new large powder bars laying around so I figured I would swap the old one out with a new one. Bang! Problem solved. Defective large powder bar. Now not a speck of powder coming out of the funnel when I charge another case.
  14. Yes it's coming from the drop. As the case begins to move from the powder drop as the handle goes back up as soon as the powder die clears the case it is dropping powder. Before the filled case has moved to the powder check station. I am aware of the problems with the shell plate jerking and spilling powder but not in this case.
  15. No they are not lubed. I size, deprime, trim and clean then reload. No powder charge only goes up to the top of the neck. Ya. Most all respects is not this case. Its as good a place as any if they cant fix the problem. If you had the issue Im sure you wouldn't be too thrilled with them after numerous calls and attempts to diagnose the problem.
  16. Need some ideas here. When reloading .308 on my 650 after I drop the charge I get residual powder dropping out of the funnel all over the shellplate when I raise the handle. When I drop the charge I give it a couple seconds before raising the arm back up. I measured the powder I picked up off the shell plate to be 1 to 2 grains every 20 rounds or so. Using either 46gns WC846 or 47gns BLC_2. I also have the large powder bar installed. Dillon seems to be worthless in diagnosing this problem. I have talked to 3 people there in the last 3 days. One says polish the hell out of the funnel. Did that. No different. The next guy tells me to check to make sure powder bar is going back and forth all the way. OK. Working as should. No different. Next guy tells me. Static buildup in funnel. Use drier sheet. Did that. No different. He also tells me to make sure wingnut and spring are adjusted correctly. Did that. No different. So my question is. Is there anyone here that has had this problem because Dillon sure can't tell me whats wrong?
  17. I picked up an 8lb Clays at the PA gunshow last week for $144!
  18. Thanks. How about all the other parts for the casefeeder on a 650? Also what powder funnel?
  19. Thanks. I have a copy of the chart already for a 550. Chart doesn't look like one for the 650.
