harald
I got two bullet moulds from NEI 180gr GC, but have not found any gas checks in .401. The closest is .375 and .416. I have tried .416 GC but they are a bit "loose", and not easy to put on bullets. Does anybody else then Lyman and Hornady make gas checks? And GC for .401 bullets? Carlos
Not that I know of. But, your neighbor, Johnny in Sweden, managed to make some fit his 10mm loads (40SW actually but same bullets). sargenv
If you're not there already, you might want to check out the Cast Boolit forum. Lots of info there and they might be able to steer you in the right direction.
oddball
There is a guy on Cast Boolit that makes a check maker in any size. They guys seem to like the aluminum beer "bottles" to use for material
Harmon
the bullet swaging company makes gas checks for 40 caliber bullets. i have some, but with things the way they are, i am not selling anything used to make ammo. he is out of louisiana but someone told me they are the same checks used on 41 caliber cast bullets.
