DJPoLo Posted June 1, 2006 Author Share Posted June 1, 2006 (edited) have you heard anything about or tried out the DP2 TJ (two extra side ports)? apparently it is supposed to help keep the dot tracking staight up and down. i dont know if this would make a difference in muzzle flip (more gas out the sides instead of up???) All I know about the DP2 TJ comp is that it will help keep the gasses from blowing up into your face (or under the brim of your baseball cap). I don't actually have any first-hand experience with the DP2 comp. I am headed up to Dawson Precision right now. Will Abrahams Posted June 10, 2006 Share Posted June 10, 2006 (edited) when i placed my order the other day i talked to the folks at Dawson about this......they said that the DP#2 TJ comp does let a little gas out from the sides too early, where most people would rahter have this going out the top to help with the muzzle flip. so alot of people apparently prefer the DP#2 comp which doesnt have the side ports on the first comp chamber. but then again were talking about Todd Jarrett's design here.....and its hard to argue against a national and world champion!!!
