BayouSlide Posted December 4, 2008 Author Share Posted December 4, 2008 No promises...but with my new used Simmons 1.5 -5X I might actually hit some of the rifle targets in the A zone next time And that JP trigger is oh-so-sweet Should be a good shooter if I do my part...the 100 yd. target Jim Clark showed me before he tossed it in the case had 5 shots that could be covered with a dime The bad news was he only had three receivers and they're working on the last one---looks like I timed my order perfectly. Ordered a DPMS LR-308B with a few mods so I can complete my Heavy Metal setup. Talked about cleaning up my 1911. Went over a couple of items about my Gator. Top shelf guy that Jim Clark Jr. Receivers has been a problem. I ordered a Gator in Feb '07 and when it didn't arrive by Oct '07 I was ready to find something else. Happened to find a used one for a real good price (thanks General Chang). Cancelled the order. Your order was timed perfectly. Oh, the estimated delivery time for the LR-308B ... 9 months.
