Heavy Barrel
Would any one here know what the limitations are to the shot bar on the 900? I have been debating on whether to try and load some up some rounds for pheasant season or just go buy them. But as I was looking at my press this question come to mind. Since I am wanting to use both #4 and #6 copper plated shot. I know when loading rounds for clays that have 1-1/8oz payload of #8, the shot bar is almost all the way open. dillon
You should be able to drop up to 1 1/4 oz of lead shot by weight with the standard shot bar.

dillon
Unofficially, yes. We've been working on a steel shot conversion; the conversion isn't done yet, the the shot bar is. they tested it with #4 steel shot, and no reported problems. Stock #17530, $19.95. Please order by phone, as it isn't available online at this time.
