username
I built a open division G35 and used a CCF raceframe on it and now have an extra OEM Glock frame just sitting around so I figured a G34 for production would be cool to have. Would it be legal to use a Lone Wolf aftermarket slide in such a build and use it in production division USPSA ? I really like the forward cocking serrations and the stainless would just look really cool. I am sure that at our local club matches nothing would be really said anyway but I just was curious. Chuck Anderson
Nope. Amidon ruled that the forward cocking serrations make it different enough from factory that it is not legal for Production.
HoMiE
recent thread about it... http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=58401 And NROI ruling... http://www.uspsa.org/rules/nroi_rulings.ph...dit&indx=

IIRC, Glockmeister used to sell complete top ends. If not, used 34s do turn up here from time to time at decent prices....
SDM
I know it's not what you asked, but since the LW won't work... You might look at buying a older 2nd gen. 17. You should be able to find one for not much more (if any more) than what a 34 slide is going to cost. It should be easier to find too. Run it on your current frame if you like the finger grooves. Just a thought.

HoMiE
http://www.caspianarms.com/GLK.php Caspian slide also has serrations, no go in production division either.

HoMie you can get a Caspian Slide any way you want. Without the front slide serrations it should be legal.
